Eleanor took care of our two cats Bruin and Cyrus for 5 days, visiting twice a day to feed, water and fuss them. Service was professional and we were able to enjoy our holiday in the knowledge that the cats were in great hands.

I have been using Second City Pet Services for the last 6 months to walk my rescue dog Betty, whilst I am at work. Eleanor offers a professional, caring and reliable service and I am re-assured that Betty's needs are met during my working day. Betty has had a number of health problems during this period and Eleanor has been very helpful and supportive and has adapted her service to meet Betty's needs.I would highly recommend Second City Pet Services to anyone looking for a dog walker or dog sitter .I have now been using Second City Pet Services for almost 18 months and am delighted with the service that Eleanor offers. The service is reliable and flexible and I always know that Betty my rescue dog is in safe hands with Eleanor. Betty looks forward to Eleanor's daily visits to take her out while I am at work and it means I can concentrate on my working day knowing that Betty is well looked after.

Eleanor looked after our two Labradors for 18 days. From our initial contact, to picking up our dogs, the service was professional and reassuring. We received some pictures of the dogs having fun in various parks which was a nice touch. A brilliant service from start to finish. I would recommend this service to any pet owner.

Can not recommend enough! Our 2 mini Dachshunds boarded with Second City Pet Services for a weekend while we were away, they were well loved with loads of walks and fuss. Knowing they were happy and safe enabled us to have a stress free holiday.

Brilliant service. We use Second City Pets Monday to Friday for our very energetic dog, we have the peace of mind that he is well looked after and knackered from his walk. He also spends our holidays boarding there and loves it, i am sure he comes home better behaved!

We have used Second City Pet Services for nearly a year to walk our Goldendoodle, Sunbeam, 4 times a week for 1 hour. They have provided a professional, reliable and flexible service and have kept excellent care of our dog, responding to her needs and informing us of any issues that arose on her walk. We would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog walker in the area (we live in Stirchley). We left our 3 cats in the incredibly safe hands of Esther at Second City Pet Services. We went on holiday for a week and Esther came twice a day to feed them and keep them company. We usually feel very nervous about leaving them for our hols but after we met Esther we felt very much at ease and enjoyed our photo updates every couple of days. We'd highly recommend Second City Pet Services and will definitely be using them again ourselves

Our two cats were very well looked after over our two week holiday and we felt reassured that they were in such good hands. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional, with an initial visit from Eleanor, who also met and charmed our dog as well, and check-ins by text when needed. Both cats were relaxed and happy when we returned home. I would highly recommend Second City Pet Services. They will certainly be my first choice for professional cat and dog sitting from now on.

I cannot recommend Second City Pet Services enough. Friendly, experienced and professional approach ensured my cat was well looked after whilst we were away for 2 weeks. Insurances were all in order for peace of mind. Will be using their services again for sure
