Fine once you get inside but the attitude of the door staff, in particular the women taking payments on the door, is absolutely disgusting. We were told we could queue in the fast queue by one bouncer and was then shouted at by one woman in particular for following his instructions. They had a very unprofessional argument in front of everyone and she then spoke to us all in a shocking manner when we eventually came into the building. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that as a paying customer just because she assumes we are all drunk- half of us were not even drinking alcohol (not that it should matter). Won't be back in a rush any time soon. Hopefully they can invest in some customer service training in the meantime.

I went into nbs as my daughter now 18 uses this place and I've heard some very negative things so I thought I'd check it out, and I was pleasantly surprised, the bouncers were nice and friendly, I was definitely searched thourghly and there was bouncers around every corner watching within the club I definitely felt a bit better about my daughter using the club than I did.

The bar staff are very kind and will talk to you if you need something, the management team there is also very generous and kind, but I don't understand why people are saying very ridiculous accusations towards the establishment. Overall the music is decent you can have fun let loose and be yourself there.

Awful place to go, horrible girls working there. Spiteful to everyone. Throw people out if they talk to the wrong person and make awful excuses that you’re drunk when you’re not. Need better staff and not horrible spiteful jealous girls.

The way the Bouncers spoke to me was absolutely disgusting!! My friends drink got spiked and we went back for the time it happened and they banned him saving their “reputation” do not recommend and will never go here again!!

Always overcrowded and some of the drink prices are extortionate. The club is full of trouble - within 5 minutes of queuing, you'll either be in a fight, being threatened or in a police car. Bad reputation for getting spiked there. Bloke posted in the toilets selling cologne makes you pay him to use the sink and the club turns a blind eye. Toilet floor is submerged in several centimetres of piss. And the que to enter the club can literally take hours.However the music is decent, and the club is clearly trying to ammend it's bad reputation by being very caring and supportive to vulnerable customers.

The new Friday DJ couldn’t mix a vodka coke. Absolutely massacred every song by mixing it with something rubbish or playing it for 15 seconds then awkwardly transitioning into something else. Jarring

Mint night . Everyone complaining about getting spiked but I see as free drugs . Awesome . Seen 2 crazy people having a slapping contest while bouncing around to 50 cent . Amazing deffo recommend.
