What A Party

Came here for Halloween decorations in October. The selection was great and the prices were too! Staff were helpful.

Only downside is that u have to spend £3 50 to use your card

Very disappointed with the customer service and the general approach!!!! I have bought a fancy dress hat a week ago, in the mean time I have found a better one on eBay so I ordered it. Went to the shop this morning and wanted to return the one I've bought there. I have been told I am not allowed as they don't exchange any fancy dress costumes or accessories. I haven't been told that when I was buying the hat. The women behind the till were so ignorant and too busy talking to each other and on their phones. If anyone fancy a free navy blue party hat, please go and ask for it as I left it on the counter together with the receipt and told the woman to keep it as I don't need it. I will never shop there again!!!!!

They don't have a large selection of outfits anymore like they used to but the choice of party accessories and decorations is amazing & great prices

There are limited number of brain cells between the staff members. The one elderly lady working there is easily confused.Also very over priced

Very helpful staff. There's not much on offer for fancy dress anymore, but lots of stuff to cater for parties

Wouldn't allow me to use card for purchase under £5.00. Reluctant to use cash with the covid pandemic as it is. They also informed customer in front of me that they had to check her Xmas lights were working before she paid as she couldn't refund them after. Won't go in there again.

I like the store for stocking up shelves with party stuff. A lot of choices n ideas. But feel like they r not making customers comfortable by staring at them. Let them choose n come to the counter. If u have more helpful advice then say them or guide them but not in that way. Just left the store but must say that store have potential for party stuff.
