I've been working these guy's for six months now, and they have been great to work for. They always have work for me, and always sort out any issues if I have any. Great bunch of lads, and I'd have to say it's the best agency I've worked for.

They have wasted so much of my time it's unbelievable. Honestly just stay away its not worth the hassle with these. Plenty of other agency's. If you do need to go through these guys stay well away from Harry" in the driving team"

The team at Birmingham Pure Staff have been nothing but First Class.I contacted them about 4 months ago and they had me started, placed and working the NEXT day. The online systems made this really easy to register and upload all documents and it's detailed.I was sceptical at first how good they would be as they are in Birmingham and the role in Hayes.Tom and the rest of the guys were AMAZING, always paid on time.Nice text and email to say how much and the new system emails a PDF that's password protected with the payslip is really good. (Better than old portal)The thing I found most impressive was the WhatsApp and mobile number. Any time I ever had a query about anything it was so easy to get in touch and if you miss them they call back real fast.They made getting holiday pay so easy something that can be tricky with agencies.Also the client they placed me with was absolutely ACE and there are real opportunities.HIGHLY Recommended, they are professional people, they are close to the client and take the time to thank and know the people they place.

Honestly don't understand how there are so many 5 star views. Clear manipulation and false comments.Just spoke to several members, trying to follow up on some roles I applied for. 3 days in a row I was told someone would call me back, never did. Today I have called up again to get some clarity, and was just told, the role is filled. Better luck next time". There was no attempt to ask who I am

Pure Staff delivered on their promise to offer me work, after two temporary assignments I was given a full time role. The staff are honest and straightforward, unlike other agencies they let you know when you’re work is appreciated, and when you could do with some improvement. I’ve had no issues with shifts, pay or anything else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for work.
