I normally don’t leave feedback, but I was very pleased with the service SHS gave me regarding my Balustrades from the sales team Paulina and Nicki right through to the excellent brilliant professional fitters they provided me with Lucky and Bal. They did a superb job, they turned up on time and explained the process throughout from the Survey stage right through the end.

Thanks SHS, we got the professional series (mirrored as we are by the sea). Ours was a big system (around 18m +stairs). We installed it ourselves and it took us much less time than we expected. Really premium product - was so pleased with it. The levelling system on the posts is great and it is easy to get them all vertical. The glass is actually very easy to put in (watch the YouTube video) We needed to get some more 5mm drill bits to go through the metal due to the size of the system.Tip, drill on a slow setting. Also we needed two extra 6mm tapping bits.

How pleased I am that I sued SHS for my balustrade! Imogen Earl held my hand through the planning process and couldn't have been more helpful. I thought the distance may have been a problem as they're in the Midlands and I live in Surrey - but that was not the case. The surveyor/fitter (I think his name was Geoff) and his colleague were very professional and have done a phenomenal job. Would highly recommend.

I found this company to be totally professionally in the way they under took the design and high standard of manufacture of the order. The delivery was made with all the necessary equipment to allow me to install the balustrade to the standard I was seeking

After searching for hours on the web, talking to different companies, I finally found Katie Hughes at SHS Products. She guided me through the stages of understanding what I required. I made my choice based on her first rate Customer Service and the look and quality of the balustrades/rails/glass. Once the order was placed I then moved along to the design office and was placed in the very capable hands of Amelia. She was outstanding. Tolerant, easy to understand and swift with responses. It's no mean feat calculating for one 8 mtr run, plus deep steps and then another 4.5mtr run. They arrived in swift time, thanks to the warehouse and the driver was incredibly helpful.. My builder installed in atrocious conditions - rail, hail sleet, snow. Now I have the perfect conclusion to a seven month project of re-inventing a 1930ies bungalow. My sincere thanks to everyone at SHS Products. Don't waste your time like I did trawling the net - go to them now!!!!
