I would like to say a big Thnkyou to the warm wellcome,and for all the the staff .what you do for my uncle plus others in the home too..friendly staff ,look after the visitors too..

Sadly my mum passed away tonightMassive respect and thanks to all on Sandringham at jubilee court Greasbroughthey went above and beyond looked after my mum in her final moments, and looked after me too, can't thank them enough ❤️❤️Caring at its best

JUBILEE CARE HOME MADE MULTIPLE FAILING,S WHILST MY DAD WAS THERE JUST FOR 25 DAYS,MY LOVING DAD HAD ADVANCED DEMENTIA AGED 86,AND WAS PRONE TO FALLS.HE WAS LEFT UNSUPERVISED WHILST ON THE TOILET THE MANAGEMENT AGREED TO THIS, RESULTING IN HIM FAILING ANDENDING UP WITH A BROKEN HIP. THE DIRECTOR,S AT A MEETING SAID IT ISN'T NORMAL PRACTICE TO STAY WITH A RESIDENT IF I ONLY KNEW THAT BEFORE MY DAD WENT IN TO JUBILEE THIS ACCIDENT WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDABLE,AND WOULD HAVE BEEN WITH US LONGER..NO ONE CONTACTED US TO IMFORM US THAT DAD WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL, A FRIEND WHO WORKS AT THE HOSPITAL DID!WE WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED TO FILL IN THERE REPORT IN FIRST.MY DAD NEEDED 2 TO 1 CARE,AMD THIS WAS NOT THE CASE, THE HOME DO NOT DEAL WITH NURSING CARE,AS THIS IS ONLY A RESIDENTIAL HOME,SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR LOVED ONE IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE..WE DID NOT ONCE EVER SEE A CARE PLAN,A RISK ASSESSMENT.AFTER DAD'S FALL ,THE ACCIDENT WAS NOT FILLED IN FOR 2 WEEKS, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH IN 24HRS.THE HOME DOSE NOT HAVE NURSING BEDS EITHERALSO THE LIFT BROKE DOWN 2TIMES WHILST I WAS IN IT.THIS TOTAL SITUATION SICKNESS ME TO DEATH,I HOPE MY REVIEW WILL HELP OTHER FAMILIESI STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE JUBILEE CARE HOME,

My dad has been in here he has enjoyed the activities. Some meals could do with more choice .staff looked after him well ,needs to be more organized when discharging clients making sure they have all items and not missing clothes .some clothes are missing and other mens clothes where sent home .staff to keep family updated with changes .we had call to collect items but then when arrived they wasnt able to give us them so have to travel back later on which isnt good when having to travel a distance. All items should be packed the night before.
