Popped in to purchase a chain to go with a pendant and to ask about potential repairs to several items of jewellery.Young lady who served me was superb. Friendly and very customer focused. Fixed 2 of my items as we spoke. Advised me fully on the others and showed me their range of chains from which I found a perfect one for my pendant. She only charged me for the chain and link and not anything for her labour as she said the repairs had only taken minutes. If I had a business she'd be the person I'd want fronting it.Whilst there I noted they've got a superb range of silver jewellery and I'd definitely go back there again.Very impressed and definitely recommend them.

I love this shop, it's a must stop destination on my visits to Cornwall every year. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Jewelry is excellent quality and reasonably priced.
