Served by Oksana at the Euston branch. Always friendly, smiley, and as yet I’ve never seen anyone roll a burrito so proficiently. Management super nice, and food delicious. Recommended!

n this place, I was fortunate to receive excellent service from gopi and his team ! His attention to detail and willingness to meet all my needs were exceptional. Great quick burritos as usual by Tortilla. However it is worth noting that this particular store is a franchise and so won't accept the tortilla loyalty card. Despite one of the staff wearing a join the club" t shirt! Quality control seems to be good though and staff are friendly :)!"
