The experience at the surgery was excellent, although overpriced but all vets are, they thoroughly checked over my rats and produced a sensible care plan to treat one's respiratory disorder. However, we were instructed to call to plan a telephone check-up 2 weeks later and when we did we never received said call.

I’ve only just registered with this practice but so far they have struck me as being incredibly fairly priced, very understanding, transparent and fair. They’ve also been lovely with my cat, Wilson.Very happy so far.

I never used them as a vet because the day after I sighed up for their services my cat died. But I did take my cat there after he died and they were very caring. I even got a card posted to me.

Excellent level of care and the staff are very knowledgeable. Was really great to know they have so much experience with exotic pets. We received a recommendation for them from Bristol Zoo and couldn't be happier with the service we've recieved

They care so much about our elderly cat and her health. We are given all the options and they often suggest the cheapest as the way to go. They are care driven and not profit driven.These guys are awesome
