Amazing place to relax and unwind. Rooms were spotless, staff really attentive and the food was great. Not to mention how easy it access the stunning beach. Would recommend 100%

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room and the bed was very comfy. Access to the lovely beach was great and nice outside space to have food/drinks. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because didn’t enjoy the food as much as I’d thought, ordered the fajitas but the portion size could have served 2 or 3 people and the chicken was dry. The portions were too big and left most of it. 6 of us went and most of us struggled to eat it. Breakfast was ok.

Have stayed here 4 times. We found the bedroom very cold upon arrival but we went down to the bar and sat by the cosy log fire for a couple of hours and had a drink. Staff are all lovely and attentive. We were moved rooms due to the keycard not working when we came back from dinner. Dinner was, as always really delicious. Mattress is coming to end of life in room 103, it's not very comfortable and the springs can be felt. In the morning I discovered that the hairdryer wasn't working but a replacement was promptly brought to me. Breakfast was okay, if anyone really wishes my feedback on my experience then get in touch and I will give honest feedback. Would we stay again... I want to say yes but to be honest, I'm not too sure.

Overpriced mediocre food. Santa experience was not great either. Such a let down . So rushed. Think they could of made more of an effort with getting a better santa than some young boy who looked and acted nothing like santa. For the amount they charge for the food and drink you would think they would put more of an effort into making it more magical for the kids. Rip off. Don't waste your money.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. All staff were fantastic very accommodating and helpful. Very spacious room tastefully decorated and the views of Arran and the coastline are stunning. Afternoon tea and breakfast were of a high standard and delicious. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friendsThanks everyone for a great stay!!

Always a 10/10 experience every time we go here. The staff are so lovely and attentive. Food is delicious and massive portions. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and some offer views of the sea. Totally recommend this hotel and it is exactly why we're getting married here next year!

My daughter was married here and the staff and location were fantastic. Everything went very smoothly and a great day was had by all. Food was also delicious.

The food was delicious, great portions and reasonably priced. The staff were all lovely particularly the guy with long dark brown hair and glasses. We will definitely be back. Thankyou x

Visited for the first time after frequently passing by the establishment. Did not stay overnight, so no rooms score. Had a coffee and some ginger cake with icing. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were a number of people inside and also on the garden patio. Would visit again, maybe for a full menu as menu looked good.
