I just spoke to Sales Executive Afra Khan and explained my needs and about the adoptions I have and by next day morning he lined up list of cars that fit to my needs. I never expected that much of a quick service.Afra helped me to pick the best out of the list and genuinely took me through every detail of the car and once I picked the vehicle a grad service offered till I get my car delivered to my doorstep.The delivery was done by James who is very friendly professional and was very helpful to park the car at the right place in my absence at the delivery time and handed over all the documents in an organised manner which was very helpful for me.Overall I had grand service for Steveneagell Toyota st. Albans and I’m one of the happy customers of them.

I have used this garage and car sales for decades. They have never let me down. Just bought a 2 year old Corolla after my 2007 Avensis was written off thanks to a careless driver.Afra was the salesman I dealt with. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable and kept me in the loop with every twist and turn of the purchase process. He quite rightly rejected the first car I ordered (which was coming from the Cambridge branch of Eagell) because it was sub-standard. He then made every effort to ensure the one I purchased was in its best possible condition. Whilst we were waiting for it to be ready, he helped me out by arranging a courtesy car. He also helped me with the paperwork and I am now very happy with the car I just bought.

Great Customer service. I bring all my company cars for repairs and services to this branch all the way from northwest London because We always receive great customer service from Derrick and his team. He explains everything what was done to the car. Also, he makes sure car is cleaned and everything is fine before I leave. Great experience every time I visit Toyota St Albans.

He kept us updated throughout the wait for the new car. Upon handover, James was equally as friendly and helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the new car. I placed my order with Rhys who made a big mess of my order and a couple of months later he left the business. Afra took over from him. He was extremely helpful and I can’t fault him. But in the end I didn’t get the free delivery verbally promised by Rhys. Would use them again but get everything in writing, no matter how small or obvious it is.

This review is due for a while and sorry for procrastinating.If you need a Toyota (Old or New), you should look no where and only head to Steven Eagell Toyota St Albans.I purchased my RAV 4 71 plate from them on the 31st March 2023 and what a wonderful experience it was dealing with them.Fahad the sales executive as one of the best in the business and i have never come across such a humble and great human being like him. He was spot on, understood all my concerns and requirements and sold me the best car that i could by for the money i was ready to spend. Excellent customer service.Being a first time buyer he explained me about the difference between PCP and HP, what others benefits i can get via Toyota and took complete car of me from the moment i entered the dealership for enquiry until the day the keys were handed over to me. His manager Steve was spot on and understood my concern and offered me a deal which i can't resist and we closed the deal.Trust me guys, this is a review from a person who does lot of research before buying something and in this world where mostly everything is a ripoff, this dealership is a gem of its kind.If you wanted to buy Toyota, just go to Steven Eagell and they will take care of you.
