Been going a few years Great service found the staff really helpful and honest. Ian one of the mechanics very helpful thanks also used one of the mini buses for a stag party to Newcastle also a good price and driver helpful.

faulty parts fitted and no responsibility taken. They even unplugged a cable to another unrelated part to try and prove the work they carried out was not responsible for a heating problem. Had to take to another garage to confirm they had used faulty parts. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. £250 down and left with a broken car. Avoid at all costs

Had a dash cam fitted front and rear at a very reasonable price.Did a great job and set me up with the app and shown me how to use it. Will definitely use them again.

A fantastic garage. Staff are very friendly, honest, extremely helpful and get the job done in a very timley manner!!, and as i found out...at a cost much cheaper than anywhere else!!...Would reccomend to all, if i could of gave more than 5 stars i would of. Great honest reliable company.

Tom, Taylor, Neil and the lads at Westfield are AWESOME.When we first took the van, they greeted us and waved us into the yard. I had a challenging problem that other garages had simply wanted to take out and replace the turbo unit at over £1,000. Westfield identified the issue and fixed it, this saving me a fortune.I've since taken my car, and they've been honest and diligent with issues.I'll go back to Westfield every time now, it's so refreshing to find a garage that don't simply plug in diagnostics and replace parts.They've also taken on non mechanical jobs and enjoy a challenge... From welding a captains seat to installing a WiFi router and diesal heater.Highly recommended.

The team at Westfield were really helpful and helped out at short notice when I needed a wheel changing (that I did not have the locking nut key for). I was really pleased with how they dropped everything and the very reasonable price they charged. Super service - I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Great service. I have used Westfields for a few years now and are always reasonable, friendly and professional. Love the MOT reminder txt as I'm so forgetful. Even though they are always busy I'm always looked after very well. Oh and the park next door is great to keep the kids entertained on a short trips.

Took vehicle in because it was making a knocking noise, garage said it was injector, lose break caliper and gearbox mounting. They did all this, and it's still the same problem, they phoned me and said it was sorted. It wasn't and they left screw missing off engine and spanner in engine bay. Over priced , under delivered and liars.
