Great place big selection of goods always low prices. Staff super friendly. Especially the lady with bleach blonde hair. Shes always friendly and approachable and makes the event spending on the season. ( Christmas headband ) ques go down quickly and staff organise the tills and self service tills really well.

A few days ago, I went to buy something with my friend, and was racially discriminated by the male shop assistant. At first, we were asked to move back, and we did so, but when it was our turn to queue, he refused to give us the check, and asked us to stand still, and then let the customers behind us come forward to check out, we asked why, and didn't look at us. Nobody cares about us. I feel the unfriendliness and discrimination from poundland. This is my first day in England and I am beginning to feel disappointed here.

Didn't receive a product which was billed. Came to know after reaching home. Went back to the store asking this. The salesman was not admitting it and was saying that we have taken and they have cross checked it with their camera. But they have not shown the pictures after billing it. They just showed a pic where he was billing it. Told him that he has billed but didn't give the item to us. Refused it and was kind of rude to us. Even his supervisor was rude. They were not ready to show us the pictures after billing the item.

The cashier is being so rude and racist. When I said pay by card and trying to get my phone out she just speak in a low voice: “I dont expect you can pay by anything else from ur phone.” Totally different attitude when serving me than orther guests. And this is not the only time Ive experienced this from the same person.

I love this Poundland I really do. I get along with most of the people in there. I was speaking to the assistant manager like normally do when he’s in. A manager from maccies came in then I shouted hey to him. Then the “supervisor” Jamie said to him “oh don’t say hi to her” so obviously I told her that I heard and she clear as day said I don’t care. I will be going the manager when he’s back off holiday and reporting her. That is not how you give proper customer service and it really has annoyed me. I’d love to give it a 5 star coz like I said I love going in there but because of that experience today it’s really annoyed me

Lovely young lady stacking the shelves helped me get what I was after. It makes a real difference when shopping if staff are polite, helpful and friendly as she was.

Sales Assistant over there have no manners to say NO. So rude and full of attitude. There was one product I can't return which I wasn't knowing and it wasn't even mentioned in my receipt so asked them to return but sales assistant replied me with full rudeness.

Inside the shopping centre and not difficult to find when you use the google maps app. Easy to use theme in the shop, however some of the aisles writing where not easy to find. I bought a few items when I managed to find them, self check was easy to use and the shop was not very busy at the time.Not many staff members around apart from when you checks out
