Myself and my partner purchased our first mazda today , we saw the advert on autotrader phoned the branch and spoke to a lady called Chelsea, she was very polite and friendly on the telephone, later that day we viewed the car, took it for a test drive and purchased our very own mazda 2 .The branch had our car cleaned and new car mats ready for us to collect the weekend.Chelsea was very helpful, she answered all our questions and more and she delt with us from our first telephone call to pulling off .Plus the manager Kelly personally came and sat in the car with me and ran through everything inside the car with me.All round great experience.Thank you girls.

I've waited a few months to post this so it's not too obvious who I was, or for the person to get heavily blamed incase it was just a one off.I do want to preface this by saying the service I have previously gotton has been outstanding, hence being a long term customer for years.So I've actually owned a lot of mazdas brand new from you guys for many years. I tend to upgrade roughly every 2 years. But it took you guys to mess me around once, for me to buy another brand and you loose a customer.A number of months ago I phoned up to service my Mazda, the same as I do yearly with you guys.The price I got on the phone was over double last year's cost.I mentioned this, and the person said well inflation and stuff makes it more expensive".The person on the phone said "I can give you a discount on that". Was still nearly double last year's cost.I said "any other options"?I was told "this is what you NEED. It's the delux service". I specifically remember the word "need" being used as its what mainly annoyed me about this. Didn't mention any other services. Wasn't given any options. Just the most expensive delux one avaliable

He was more than happy to answer any questions big or small and was always prompt to respond. During us seeing and test driving the car, Mark made us feel welcome and explained everything clearly and in detail. We never once felt pressured into buying the car. Previously purchased a car from them in 2021.As of August 2023, really unhelpful staff and manager.I went into the branch attempting to purchase a Mazda2 in August 2023.Staff at the time was quite unhelpful and uninterested in providing me with an opportunity to test drive the vehicle or even discuss finance options, pushing me to make my purchase at another Mazda branch.Following this incident I chased up again, this time over the phone, in an attempt to find out some more information regarding delivery times.I spoke with the manager of the store who questioned whether I really wanted to buy a Mazda, and then advised she’d call me back on the following day regarding the availability of used Mazda 2s.She didn’t.The only kind and helpful member of staff was this older gentleman in his 50s. I’m unsure of his name but he was on shift on the 19/08/23. He was the only polite employee I’ve engaged with. It was only a shame he already had an appointment at the time and couldn’t sit down with myself.
