sisters laundry and dry cleaners

I'm regular here its gives excellent service. Service wash for £10, and its so quik they done it in 1.5hr and its so clean. 2 sisters are very friendly, they do dry cleaning for from 1.50 i would highly recommend it.

Outstanding service with very clean atmosphere, 2 wonderful sisters managing the dry cleaners, I have given them and trusted them with my expensive evening dress, it was very cheap and the outcome was amazing also I now started to give all my laundry to them because of it's cheap price only £10 within 2 hours, I highly recommend this laundry and dry cleaing, it's the best in London

best dry cleaner in london very friendly staff. very clean laundry. i feel at home and its so much cheaper than any other local dry cleaners. i would highly recommend it. i had service wash done its done in 2 hrs neatly folded smells so nice. and my very expensive wedding dress dry cleaned its perfect.

Used this dry cleaners for some time. Left a large amount of clothing to be dry cleaned. Collected and paid as usual. The lady whom I know well ( Sonay ) failed to check the clothes she handed back. I also failed to check as there was over 12 items. When I returned home I realised that an item was missing. I returned to the shop and advised Sonay that she has not returned one of my tops ( My favourite one at that ). She refused to accept responsibility. I advised her that I was a regular customer and that she should trust me. The item that was missing was much cheaper than all the other clothes so why would I lie, If I was defrauding her I would say she had lost a more expensive item. She admitted that she failed to count the clothes on return but would not accept any liability. I again advised her that I spend a lot of money at her business and I had no reason to lie. She shrugged her shoulders. I then advised her that I DID NOT want any money from her. Maybe some middle ground. Accept the mistake and give me a discount on my dry cleaning in future maybe. Refused. I have just now been back to collect some other clothes that I had dry cleaned. I was served by the other sister. I advised her that I was not happy with the service I was being given in a calm manner. She looked at me. Then began to SHOUT. Pay and leave please and don't shout at me. I then said, 'I have not shouted at you'. She again SHOUTED LEAVE. My final words to this lady who struggled to even speak English was …. This is not how you treat your customers. BE WARNED. These 2 sisters have no idea of how to run a business. DO NOT DRY CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES HERE. YES IT IS CHEAP. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN LIFE. ARROGANT and ABUSIVE BUSINESS WHO STRUGGLE WITH ENGLISH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The two sisters after whom this laundry is named have long since moved on elsewhere.The lady who runs it now is very friendly and hardworking, and does a first-class job of washing and ironing my shirts.Highly recommended.

Washed and dried duvet with excellent results, very pleased. Both assistants were very helpful and friendly. Clean and inviting laundry, will definitely return.
