Can't praise enough the brilliant customer service and the effort everyone makes in explaining me whatever is wrong with my car, and albeit English is not my native language, these guys are amazing in explaining it clearly. Great service every time and honest pricing too!

Can’t thank everyone enough for the excellent work on my car today. Even when I had to ask them to rush to finish my car (due to a lack of planning on my part!) they happily accommodated me as best they could. Job well done, and brilliant customer service! Thank you!

An issue with the brakes led my car to fail its MOT. I took it to this garage following favourable reviews online. Unfortunately less than 700 miles later whilst driving on my own with my small child in the back my brakes seized on the motorway. Following an independent assessment I’m told the issue is the same as led to it failing its MOT and the repair work carried out here missed and just covered the underlying problem. I’m afraid on highlighting this to the garage they were more interested in passing blame than trying to resolve the issue. Their excuses ranged from the MOT centre being at fault for passing it the second time, the authorised dealer trying to rip me off and a freak incident. I’m now traumatised and several hundred pounds worse off. I certainly won’t be providing repeat custom.

I couldn't take the car to the garage so they came and picked it up for me and dropped it back afterwards.They are a good garage who use well known parts and don't overcharge you or try and get you to buy the most expensive things.They go out of their way to help you and make sure you're fully informed every step of the way.I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
