When I first came to Response for my physio I was really struggling and in physical pain which was impacting my life in so many ways. I have a young daughter who I wasn't able to lift or carry and it was breaking my heart. I was paired with Adam who has honestly changed my life and given me the ability to do the things that I love again and that is worth more than I can express. Adam was personable and professional and really helped get to the root of my problem. Within a few weeks of seeing Adam I was already showing vast improvement and it has only gotten better as the weeks have gone on. I would highly recommend that anyone who has any kind of physical issues contact Adam for help. Thank you for everything you have done to help me get back on track.

After having a shoulder problem for weeks and having two treatments at a chiropractor who told me that my spine was twisted and would need a further 6 sessions to sort it. I felt that they were just after my money!!I booked with Ellie and after 1 session she quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately tackled this. I can say that the pain started to eased within hours, after a day it was the first time in weeks that I had a full nights sleep without any pain relief. I can’t thank Ellie enough as she is a very knowledgable professional. I now have a monthly appointment to try and prevent this happens again and I strongly recommend her for any treatment needed

Top notch physio!Adam was really helpful, I came in with a knee injury and he helped to outline some muscle weaknesses to address and overcome the injury. Even after I picked up an ankle injury during my physio period, he helped to address that too which was really appreciated.My legs have never felt as strong as they do now, so I’d definitely recommend this service, you won’t regret it.

The service I have received from the physiotherapists at this practice over many years has been first class. The physiotherapists are friendly, knowledgeable, and the treatments have had a major, positive effect on my health. Adam was absolutely fantastic! He got to the root cause of my knee pain straight away, and put a rehab plan in place which has kept the pain away. Would highly recommend!

Having never experienced physiotherapy before, I was uncertain about what to expect. However, after attending sessions with Adam, my uncertainties faded away. Adam promptly identified the root causes of my discomfort, addressing issues ranging from pain while sitting to limited shoulder mobility. He devised a comprehensive plan that not only made the appointments effective but also included insightful homework to facilitate progress at home. Adam at Response Physiotherapy was exactly what my son (aged 14) needed to get him back to fitness. He was suffering with plantar fasciitis and we dreaded months of slow rehab. Adam explained the condition to Jack, related it to the mechanics of his walking gait as well as his sporting activities. He sent YouTube video clips to supplement exercises programs, which helped loads. Adam also recommended some insoles for my son’s football boots and school shoes. I’m pleased to say that my son can again run without pain.I would recommend Adam without hesitation.

I have had a frozen shoulder and sought treatment from Ellie Ayres . She has been so helpful both with the treatment and sympathetically dealing with my queries. I was in so much pain and she has helped me so much.She said it would take time to resolve and this was the case .I have no hesitation in recommending her.
