Recommended by my daughter from one of her friends. Local, friendly, clean and tidy but not clinical. Modest but modern. Jeremy was very supportive, listened to my sad tale. Ideas, possibilities, no pressure. My daughter and I returned for more information and to have questions answered. No problems with appointments. Dates easily sorted out, information given and returned. The organisation of everything via phone calls, visits, emails so easy and straightforward. The service at the Chapel went really smoothly. No problems. Jeremy was round next day as arranged to return with flowers etc. I and my family are 100% positive with our dealings in such a difficult situation. Jez (Jeremy) and the team at Full Circle in Altrincham supported my daughters and I in to deliver a funeral for my wife that she would have been proud of.From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in a place we were comfortable with. As my eldest daughter said when she first visited, “it was like being in a yoga studio”.I could not praise the whole team more highly.

At a time when you need someone to take care of a deceased loved one and when there is so much to sort out, Full Circle made the process so easy, and were so calm and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were so glad we chose them. Jeremy and Lucy (celebrant) were absolute stars.
