From setting foot in F Hinds the staff were so lovely and helpful. The young woman that served me was really lovely. Explained everything well and did a fantastic job of piercing my ears! Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon.Thankyou so much.

Female member of staff was very helpful, polite & professional when dealing with my situation-faulty ring which was sent back & fixed but 4 mths later faulty.They were kind saying I could exchange ring to same value or send item back & re-do again.I wanted exchange & brought a beautiful ring plus Eeyore trinket.One happy, satisfied customer.

When I bought watch for nearly £200 salesman smile and was so nice and helpful. Few eeks after I wanted to change battery in my watch first lady said that will be £4, but I had to pay £10. The same guy wasn't guy and without smile said just 'thank you. good bye' and look at me in way I felt like poor man, which is surprised that it cost £10. Never again this store.

I had my ears pierced and I highly recommend them! An all round excellent service. The stuff were polite, helpful, lovely people. Highly professional and extremely clean shop and work environment.

Went to this shop today looking for a thicker chain for a pendant. A lovely lady named Maryna was really helpful. Helped me find the right chain and made sure I was happy with the length. She also recommended a silver polish cloth for my pendant, which I purchased
