My daughter and boyfriend are trying to purchase the first house, it is the shortest chain in conveyancing, so should of taken the shortest time. It's been nearly 5 months, they are not selling and the sellers are not buying. They have had no support from their solicitor Andrew chase who never answers when they call, has never called them, had kept them totally in the dark as what is going on, and what are the delays. As they are new to house buying it is makingit very stressful for them. This particular solicitor i would not recommend. From a very anxious and frustrated patent

This business is an outrage to common decency. Withheld vital info about the will and £180,000 missing with not even a word. Deliberately keeping people in the dark and never really connecting. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE you will regret it.They have mismanaged my late fathers will and have no concept of loyalty to the customer. I am seeking legal advice on suing. If you want insult to injury at possibly the worst time in your life then choose these incompetent clowns.

We have dealt with them on a recent property transaction. They were slow, gave poor advice and were woeful communicators. Every other party involved in the transaction felt that they made things unnecessarily difficult and stressful for all concerned. They didn't return emails or telephone calls and only actioned things when you got to the end of your tether. I would not recommend that anyone uses this firm as they make what can be a stressful transaction even worse. Awful.
