Return policy for this franchise is bad. We got Zara clothes as gifts but were not given a gift receipt. We asked to exchange for one size up, the clothes still had their tags, labels and bag but we were not given a exchange which is a bad policy. Stuck with useless clothes from Zara. Thanks for having bad policies.

I would give this a zero if I could , I was returning an item the staff member who served me was very rude and shouted at me he has glasses and short hair so girls be aware of him I felt so uncomfortable:/

Rat of a manager lady with short hair who works here. Completely rude overheard the lady in front of me in the queue try to explain a returning item only to ignore her and make things awkward and long and shout at her.

I always shop here! Can be hit and miss but being a Smaller store, they get all the good stuff in. Also all of their fragrances are CRUELTY FREE which is amazing. Love their jeans and when the good stuff comes in, it's just the best.

Really hard to access. I had to swim for 15 min but still couldn't find the place. Not to mention that there water was freezing cold. The heat from the sun every time I surfaced for air kept me going. Not accessible for wheelchair based on location. I think Zara should provide a swim path instruction to get here. I am happy that I didn't drive to the place. Should've got my boat along. Would recommend flooties especially if you're planning to get your kids.

Upstairs tills are often closed both at the men and children departments. But never a sign telling customers downstairs till only. You could be waiting upstairs for ages and you wouldn’t find one staff, then get send downstairs and start from the end of the queue. And I went there today same situation I was in saw someone walked out from the staff room but I assumed she just finished her shift or something but then the manager walked out from the staff room also, but they were just chatting to easy other while I was standing next to them waiting for assist.

Very long queues because they only have 2 tills open, but thats understandable due to social distancing. My main issue is their very strange sizing. I bought three items in a size large, 1 fit perfectly, 1 was too large and the other didnt do up. The item i took back, they said i should recieve the refund almost instantly, and 2 days later i still havent recieved it.
