My daughter has been visiting Pullen & Symes Opticians regularly for 2-3 years. We are always satisfied with our experience, in particular, we have been seeing Emma, who is knowledgeable and friendly all the time. My daughter's eye sights have been improved over this period, even though she uses her eyes more than before. We will definitely recommend Pullen & Symes Opticians and Emma to all!

Professional and personal service. You are treated like a human, not a number like the well known larger companies. I moved to a different county yet still choose to return to Pullen and Symes for my check-ups because I know I won't get the same treatment elsewhere. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been going to pullen and symes for as long as I can remember, the staff have always been extremely friendly and very helpful. I have been using a contact lense that I wear during the night whilst asleep that then corrects my eyesight for the whole of the following day with no issues at all. I don’t need to wear any lenses or glasses during the day and my sight is perfect. For me this has been one of the best things I have ever done to have the freedom during the day without wearing a lense or glasses is amazing. I very much recommend this service it really can change your life
