Steve completely deserves the excellent ratings he has so far. As a first time user, Steve offered to come the day I called if needed, came at the time arranged, cleared out the tanks efficiently and completely - giving helpful advice. All at the most reasonable price and better than others on the market.

After we found our toilet was emptying weirdly, i was outside and noticed a drain outside was overflowing.We tried plumbing rods to clear any blockage, but no joy.We called Celtic Waste because we figured that our septic tank must be full.We have used other local companies before, and while they have got the job done, the wait time was longer, the price was higher. Celtic Waste was above and beyond excellent, plus Steve was so friendly and explained everything in a way we could understand.Steve was very reassuring on the phone and he was with us the next day. No messing around with prices, he gave us the quote immediately.Suddenly finding you need a septic tank emptied isn’t great, but Steve made it a positive experience and put our minds at rest.He really knows his job and got straight onto it. Very professional, and a really nice friendly guy too. Everything was sorted in about an hour, septic tank and drain cleared and checked. A weight off our minds and all done at a very fair price.Thankyou very much Steve. So glad we chose Celtic Waste. I can’t fault them at all.

Steve needs and deserves 5stars all round. I called on a Saturday at 7pm and he answered immediately, I was expecting a day or two wait but he was able to come within the hour to unblock a soil pipe. He was really friendly, worked fast and was able to find a covered manhole under slabs within seconds.One he had sent the camera up the drain he was able to show and discuss the problem which was evident as a sunken section of clay pipe and a blockage. Steve was open to suggest a number of options to fix this and discussed costing as he went which was useful. He also gave advice on how I could resolve the issue myself and what I would need to do it. This is really rare in other trades and was really appreciated as he could see our difficult situation.All round legend and I will welcome him back if ever I have the need without hesitation. Based in Aber and has all the kit to diagnose fast.Don’t be worried about calling him or leaving your details on his website, he will call you and help as soon as he can. I thought this level of service was gone years ago, I am happy to say Celtic Waste Ltd still delivers proper, well priced service and at out of hours times on weekends!

I hired Celtic Waste to empty two domestic septic tanks at my farmhouse, which turned into a larger job when we determined there was a clog in one septic line but could not find the long lost and buried manhole to access the point we needed to clear the clog. Steve worked with me for hours using camera, sensors, experiments, probes, shovel and logic until we finally found the manhole and sorted the problem. At every point he was friendly, informative, and determined to solve my problem whatever it took. He also rightly pointed out that two of the tank covers were dangerously old and corroded and helped me to replace them with proper new ones. All with excellent communication and a very fair price. Celtic Waste is a fantastic service and gets my highest recommendation.

Couldn't recommend Celtic waste highly enough! Steve got the job done without a fuss, quick,efficient. Cleared our fairly major blockage with relative ease, inspected the pipe work with his camera and showed us what had caused the problem and offered us advice on how best to rectify all for a very reasonable price.Thanks again for your help

We've used Celtic Waste twice recently - once to empty our septic tank, once to jet out a drain.
