Absolutely outstanding service. This is my second car from Basford motors and each one was exactly what they said it was. I can not speak highly enough about the exemplary customer service provided by these guys.The first car I bought from Basford motors was a ford KA, I had that for a while but wanted something a bit more powerful so I approached them and they came up with this little cracker (pictured) they listened to exactly what I wanted and provided a solution quick-smart.Basford motors is my go-to dealership and I have no need to go anywhere else.Thanks guys and I wish you all the absolute best wishesCJ

Second car we've had from here. The guys are polite and we had a good bit of banter with them. Two years ago when having the 1st car they were ordering a part for it , we did call back but it hadn't been delivered so tbh we just left it. When going back this time the guy went and fetched the part. We had a right laugh. Cars are reasonably priced and they send them out after having been valeted. Can't fault them.

Never bought a car on my own before but due to being widowed the time had come. I plucked up the courage and arrived to be met by a wonderful friendly salesman who gave me all the time in the world to make a decision. There were so many cars to choose from but I knew exactly what I wanted. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I felt valued as a customer and a friend . From now on I shall always buy from here and tell my friends about them . Their service is second to none. As I told them at the time of collection I didn’t get as good a service when I bought two Mercedes a few years ago which cost undoubtedly more moneyThankyou Basgord Motors you’regreat !!

The purchase of the car was smooth and straight forward, the guys were happy to help with any questions I had regarding the vehicle. Car in good condition, very minor issue, but the garage were happy to help and the problem was resolved instantly the next day. Told me to be in touch if I need anything else. Would recommend.
