I first met Sorrel at Affinity Health Clinic after a back spasm and she has helped me rehabilitate through physical therapy and building my resilience through self-directed exercise. She offers first class care. Highly recommended.

Sorrell is an experienced, professional and friendly osteopath, with a wealth of experience. I have a chronic back issue and have had treatments on and off when I have felt it necessary. She has always able to offer appointments when I've needed them.I have also benefitted from advice on stetches that might help. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Terrible service from Sorrel herself, cancelled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times and then turned up late to the eventual appointment. Sorrel only takes cash payments and offers no receipts, I have asked for an invoice multiple times and have been promised them but no invoice has been provided after 3 weeks.She booked me in on a Tuesday for an appointment but agreed Thursday in person. Then threatened to charge me for the missed appointment. Furthermore, she didn't diagnose my issue or tell me the root cause of the problem but wanted to see me once a week and have me attend her pilates classes? Without giving me a diagnosis? Absolute money grab and unprofessional service from the get go.All can be evidenced as I have the text communications to support my statements which can be provided upon request

Sorrel was excellent. This was my first treatment and first time with an osteopath. I have sufferred years of discomfort and pain in my shoulder, neck and top of my back that was massively and surprisingly relieved after the first treatment. Will absolutely be booking again. Thankyou

Sorrel was able to offer me an appointment at incredibly short notice, and was quick to identify cause of my complaint. Unlike experiences with other osteopathic practices, not only did Sorrel assess my needs in this first session but also treated them, gave me some stretches to follow in my own time and advised me on a suitable treatment plan. I can honestly say that after one treatment, my symptoms are already much improved. I would highly recommend Sorrel to anyone affected by a sporting injury.
