Bank Farm

Me and a friend frequently visit these stables, Bank farm is a lovely yard with friendly staff and lovely horses. All animals are well liked after, happy and healthy. Never been disappointed in the time I've been here and would highly recommend it as the yard is a great place to learn to ride and gain confidence.

My daughter has recently started attending here for lessons and I am so pleased we have found this place. My daughter has autism, learning difficulties and a physical disability but the staff have always accommodated her needs without being untactful. She has always been allocated to calm ponies and the ladies and girls who work here are friendly and patient with her. I would recommend this riding school with no hesitation.

My friend I was going to start riding here but they made us so difficult. We wanted to book together but there wasn’t an option and when they answered they just said you book together errmm nope there isn’t an option. We had sent so many emails over the past week for them NOT to get back to us. We tried to call and nobody picked up. How can you run a business like this? I definitely wouldn’t recommend this business. I find it very strange how you continue to just ignore emails and calls. I then asked for a refund as I had contracted Covid and was sent into hospital and yet again I was ignored. I sent another email for a refund which another company answered to say this wasn’t possible. I had to contact my bank to get this back. I just think this is so ridiculous and I only gave this place 1 star as I couldn’t review without. You need to sort your emailing and call department out. I would give this a 0 out of 10Just stay away

I love this place. The guys here are great, and the horses and ponies are very well looked after. I thoroughly enjoy my lessons here, and I highly recommend Bank Farm Riding School for riding lessons

I started riding at BankFarm in November and i really enjoyed it. Lindsay, Erika,Becky and Danielle are really good instructors and are really polite and friendly. They really made me more confident around the horses, I can’t wait until April when I’m going back home so then I can go back, it’s a lovely place for children and older ones and adults and the horses are well behaved, I know that a few people have fell off but that’s no ones fault any horse is capable of these things

All the Team at Bank Farm are amazing, professional trainers, friendly helpful team, friendly people. The team are always on hand to assist you. Horses and Ponies are well looked after. They cannot do enough for you. Lindsey and Ashleigh got my little one cantering off lead, her progress was amazing! she loves coming to Bank Farm. Can't wait for you to open for Lessons again!

My daughter, who has Autism and ADHD joined this riding school in July, after several years at another riding school. I am very impressed with the variety of activities and lessons available and the flexible booking system. My daughter has learnt more in the last five months than the previous five years. The staff here are fantastic, patient and knowledgable and you definitely get your money’s worth. The competition league is another wonderful addition and has allowed my daughter to experience competing on a monthly basis at a reasonable price. The staff are aware of my daughters additional needs and it is always taken into consideration and they are very accommodating when she attends. I am very happy with the experience we have had here and would recommend to others.
