Poor communication between receptionist and the team, also between receptionist and the customers. Left car there for two weeks and after saying they will get it done, they decided not to (as per the receptionist's words), she didn't even bother calling to say they are not doing it. Pretty incompetent, inefficient and non-professionals.

We were 700 miles away from home on a family roadtrip in Scotland and had a flat tyre in my 1 series BMW. Kwik Fit managed to break the Locking Wheel Nut Key and leave it stuck in the bolt and said they couldn't fix it or offered any solutions.It was Easter Monday and IT Garage Services went over and beyond to try to fix it. They saw us straight away even though we didn't have an appointment booked and spend almost 3 hours trying to fix it, and they managed to with exceptional quality as well.They went beyond on their job to try to help us so we could return to our trip and that's a business quality and dedication that we can't find everywhere these days. The owner and the staff were also very attentive and friendly!Thank you so much and definitely recommend

The female receptionist here is has no customer service skills. I thought she was nice when I had used this service in the past however after the garage failing to complete a job and refusing to give a detailed response of the problem, i was told we cant fix it

Cannot praise this garage enough after they went above and beyond to repair our faulty campervan. With parts hard to find they looked hard to source one, fitted it and ran diagnostics to confirm the fix when it would have been easy to send us on our way. Friendly and a good price too.

Failed to fix my slow puncture twice. They said the second time that they wouldn't charge me this time seeing as they didn't fix it first time round. I pumped the tyre up when I got my car back then after while, when the warning light came on again, I realised the tyre was still deflating. Only when I checked the bill from the previous time did I then realise that they had charged me again for the tyre the second time, so that's twice they've charged without fixing it. Tried to get money back for at least the second time and they said no. So for the sake of a little over £20 they've just thrown away my regular servicing and MOT business forever. Well done.

They said without hesitation that it will cost me £600 and they can do that . Changing High pressure fuel pump on F30 335DOne hour after we took car to them in the morning they realised they can't do it .It just show how big professionals they are.You had one week to check that prior I arrived.Simple don't agree to work you can't undertake and don't waste my time.

Had my car booked in for MOT - the team were beyond helpful and super friendly Shirley is a credit to the business as were the mechanics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Never easy when you are getting your car looked at as you worry about what the costs could be but these guys deserve the 5 Star - fab local business!

I cannot recommend this car repair shop. I had my car checked there because the engine symbol was on display. They told us to have the timing chain changed. As no car repair shop throughout Scotland was able to change it within two weeks I tried another car repair shop (Robertson in Fort William) which repaired my car within two hours and told me that only a sensor had to be repaired.
