Have been purchasing ink cartridges for my printer for a few years now, and more recently having them delivered (really speedy and convenient as we are approx 20 mins drive from the shop in Rotherham). The staff have always been helpful, and just thought I would share how helpful!On Wednesday I rang the shop thinking my black cartridge was faulty. It appeared to have some ink left in it and it didn't seem that long ago that I had replaced it. A replacement would be sent out (no quibble) within the next 2 days (told them it wasn't urgent). However, a gentleman from the shop brought the replacement at 5pm the same day. He looked at the 'faulty' cartridge and what I thought was the ink - was, in fact, a sponge! I offered to pay for the cartridge but was told, no - it didn't matter.Service above and beyond (not a lot of it around these days!)Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service. Quick helpful and very efficient. No need to use large chains when you can be dealt with by friendly professionals.

Printing service was very good, very polite guy serving. Offered to do a test print for free as he knew the prints I wanted needed to be of high quality, which they were. It was raining at the time, so he packed my prints in a plastic wallet so they wouldn't get wet.

What a shower! So, I called them, was told to drive up, park outside, call them to let them know I was there. I could see them inside. I called, no answer, left a voice message saying I was outside waiting. 10 minutes later the shop shutters went down. 2 days later, still not had a reply to my message!
