Always easy to deal with never any problems

I am a regular customer of Chiodo and all previous experiences have been good.I recently purchased 16 sealed units for my house. 3 were damaged with scratches. As a contractor had already fitted 2 units and the scratches were barely visible I decided to keep them. I explained the situation and asked that the 3rd sealed unit was replaced. I was however told in no uncertain terms that the glass did not leave here like that" and the owner refused to replace. If I had damaged the units I would have admitted my mistake and the damage to the 3rd pane was significant so I would have known. I had to pay for a replacement. I accept Chiodo produced the replacement unit for 1/2 price. But he also gave me back the damaged pain to dispose of! All very unprofessional.My advice is check any glass on delivery/collection with Chiodo otherwise any damage will be your fault - no question about it."
