Ollie was amazing. I messaged his contact number and he responded within minutes . We had had a family bereavement and needed access to a safe. Ollie was able to provide the information we needed for the type of safe we had. Lovely guy, very helpful! Would highly recommend.

Just after New Years our front door lock broke, so i contacted Ollie who agreed to pop round later that day. As time was ticking on I was conscious he may have forgotten, but to his credit, he called me to say he was running 20 mins late. I was really impressed - unfortunately it's not that common to get a courtesy call from traders nowadays, so immediately I felt we might have a good guy. When Ollie arrived he was extremely personable and it's clear hes a friendly chap. We got talking whilst he fixed our lock and he explained to me what the issue was all the while.Very happy to recommend Ollie to friends and family. 10/10Barrie
