Max is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and above all, a trustworthy and honest guy. He performed a full fret dress for me on a Fender Lead III and it plays like a different instrument now - everything I hoped it would be. Max was very accommodating, a pleasure to deal with, and turned it around really quickly. I can't recommend him enough.

I had a 30 year old Fender Telecaster that had been well used and very active in all that time, but was certainly feeling her age and badly needed some TLC.Max accepted the task of rejuvenating the tired old girl and did so with hugely impressive care and craftsmanship. Restoration completed perfectly without losing any of the well-earned character.She now passes on to the next generation of guitarist in my 10 year old son. Max is very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided a great local service on two guitars I took to him.One needed a full restring and set up and the other had an annoying buzzing noise after being restrung. Super happy with my telecaster, it went in for a fret dressing, and came home like a different guitar - honestly the playability is worlds apart. Loads more work done on it including sorting out the angle of a pickup. I haven't put it down since I got it back! I was more than happy with the price, and great communication. I'll be getting in touch about my Les Paul soon. Thanks

I recently reconnected with Max after losing touch back in the 90s when he used to set my guitars up whilst working at a well known store Mcr. I’ve since grown up (a little) and moved away from the speed necks and racks of effects in favour of old school vintage guitars and amps. I have a number of vintage and rare Ibanez from the early 80s and whilst amazing guitars , can be a little temperamental. Max takes care to listen and understand what’s required, then executes repairs and set ups with a level of detail that is incredible. Nice one Max , see you next time …

I'd tried to setup the guitar myself but always had an issue of string rattle.Max identified in seconds some fret sprout. After dressing the frets together with a full guitar setup, the fitting of a hotrail bridge pickup and new graphtech nut and string trees my axe has been transformed.To say I'm happy is an understatement. Max is a true craftsman.Turn it up to eleven.
