I recently had an outpatients appointment at the Rheumatology department. My appointment was on time, and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The nurses were friendly, and the doctor dealt with me in a very polite and efficient way - I especially liked at the end of the appointment when he asked me if there were any questions I would like to ask him!
