I was originally just looking for someone to help my elderly parents with cleaning, but Extra Help Shropshire have been so much more than that - Adrian and Angela have been absolutely brilliant and so thoughtful/caring. Nothing seems too much trouble, and their knowledge, experience and flexibility is invaluable. I'd 100% recommend them!

Extra Help provide companionship support for my husband once a week. This enables me to go out without worry for a morning, which I value greatly. We have experienced Extra Help to be a friendly and professional service. Adrian personally took time to get to know us and to understand what our needs were. He took time to ensure he found us someone who would be a good fit for us and our home. The person he matched us with has been fantastic! Adrian from Extra Help Shropshire has been supporting my 91 year old father. As an only child who works full-time I have found the help to take my Dad to activities and medical appointments invaluable. Adrian is compassionate, enthusiastic and flexible. When we have been on holiday he has been happy to accommodate additional visits. My Dad is a quiet man but Adrian has developed a real bond with him, helping him to engage. I highly recommend this service.

They responded very promptly to my need for help and the ongoing service is very good. It means that being a carer for my husband is no where near as onerous as I can always rely on the cheerful efficient help I get each week from Pauline. I also know that Adrian who organises the service locally would always be willing to respond to any needs or concerns that might arise in the future. All in all very good value.
