Honestly, Chego's is what Newbury has been waiting for! Wine, cheese, nibbles and an awesome atmosphere. My friends and I had a fab time catching up, with a service that was attentive and 'just right'! I can highly recommend the bacon and cheese croquettes, so light and tasty. The smoked mackerel on toast. Yum, yum, yum!

I’ve been here twice - first time was in passing during the day on the weekend and had a prosciutto caprese sandwich which was so fresh and tasty, and a good price.Came back in the evening during the week to try the fondue with a few other sides, all absolutely delicious. Great service and relaxed place to eat

Had a wonderful visit on a Saturday lunch time whilst Christmas shopping. Walked in, greeted by friendly staff and got seated straight away.We ordered a sharing charcuterie board between 2 of us and it was great value for the amount of food and the quality!We are highly anticipating our next visit!
