I was put at ease as much as possible and you were very knowledgeable and also, very helpful.  It made the procedure of the biopsy less painful for me and I felt secure and safe in your hands. Thanks also to the very helpful Jemma for all the liaison with me and taking such good care.  It makes a difference and in fact, all the team at the clinic were exemplary in their helpfulness.  Highly recommended by me.

All the staff deserve 5*. Dawn, in the office, is utterly professional and efficient and kind, Jennifer the practice nurse is compassionate and reassuring and Mr Phadnis has my complete trust. A highly skilled surgeon with years of experience: he is also extremely considerate. I believe that I am receiving the best cancer care that’s available.

I could not be more grateful to Dr Pisal and the entire London Gynaecology team.As an 80yo woman, I have suffered with women's health issues for more than a decade.Despite encouragement from family, I have been reluctant and scared to address my issue.Yet, when I met Dr Pisal, he immediately put me at ease. He is the first gynaecologist to whom I was able to fully trust and be comfortable with.I really appreciated his patients in educating me about my condition. I also really appreciated him first trying to pursue non-surgical routes as a solution to my problem.Once it became apparent that only surgery could help, I agreed.The surgery was a huge success and I am doing 90% of my usual daily activities less than 2 months since the operation.It was a big decision for me to go under general anaesthetic and to do the surgery but I am delighted that I did.Thank you, Dr Pisal.

My consultation with Dr. Pistal was amazing. His professionalism along with his ability to explain clearly and properly what my issues were and how I can solve them was extremely helpful. The clinic itself was clean and professional. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely go back again.

I saw Mrs Pisal for a consultation and had a procedure with Mr Pisal in November 2023. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Mr Pisal saw how nervous I was before the procedure and was patient and kind in answering my questions and helping ease my anxiety. He also went out of his way to ask if he should text someone and let them know how the procedure went as I had come to the hospital alone. After his visit I knew that I was in safe, kind hands and felt more confident for my procedure.

I cannot recommend Mrs Pisal enough. Her bedside manner and her care for her patients is excellent. The care is exemplary and from the minute you walk in and speak to her you feel at ease and you know you will be looked after.

Great clinic. Professional and friendly staff from the building front desk staff to the clinicians. Very talented Phlebotomist too. I didn't feel a thing, he was brilliant.

They went above and beyond in providing me with the highest level of care during a very difficult and traumatic time. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication truly made a difference in my life.
