Fantastic family run business. They have great selection of plants at reasonable prices. The staff is always keen to help. We had our summer basket plants form them for few years now and they always great quality.

Lovely friendly family run nursery that offers great value for money.Bought some lovely heather, cyclamen and other plants for colour for my winter pots.. definately cheered me up in dismal times. Always get our tree from them at Christmas and the quality is outstanding.

This is such a great nursery. James and his team are so helpful. During lockdown they were a life saver, delivering plants and compost to keep me busy in the garden. They were so popular no wonder the shelves were relatively empty. I’m now in self isolation as returned from France and once again I’ve had plants and compost delivered for Autumn planting. Cannot rate them high enough.

You really can't ask for more from a local nursery. James, the owner, goes above and beyond, to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. Looking around my Dad's garden, it is a real tribute to Barn Close, as 90% of it was sourced by James. An absolute wealth of knowledge. The plants are such quality. A real treasure trove.

Very disappointed with our hanging baskets. We bought 4 x 16 baskets and he agreed that they should have been planted in the sides of the moss but they were not. When I complained to James he told me that he does over 1100 baskets and mine is the only complaint and only offered a 10% cash refund. When I drove there to collect the refund he was not there (about 25 minute drive from Stratford upon Avon) and he had not left any instructions with his staff. When contacting him again he said he can only do cash refund (I did pay by credit card) and I must drive all the way there again to collect it. My view of a well run business is one where the owner recognises and a mistake and will make a determined effort to put it right. This has not happened I paid £42.00 per basket and they look like £25.00 baskets. Very disappointed not only with the baskets but the way it has been dealt with."

Lovely nursery with plenty quality stock.We were extremely impressed with the premium bark chippings. These look fabulous to the top of our large pots to our patio! Couldn’t find anything close to these anywhere!Fab find.

What a lovely nursery. Kind, happy, caring people, beautiful plants that are made" on site (wow! the petunias!) and it's just so fabulous to find somewhere that is truly local
