I’ve been attending the express yoga classes for a few weeks now and can say I am absolutely loving it. Such a calming, clean and well equipped space and a very lovely teacher! I can highly recommend these classes to anyone fancying a lunchtime break away from busy life.

A lovely space in the centre of Beverley. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the pregnancy and baby yoga classes as a great way to meet other mums as well as gently exercise.

I would highly recommend Cass' pregnancy yoga and baby yoga classes. She creates such a welcoming, calm atmosphere and the studio is gorgeous. We look forward to going each week and appreciate all the effort that goes into the different themes at baby yoga. It is definitely our favourite baby group. Thank you Cass
