N Tavakoli Dental Surgery

Receptionist is extremely rude , acts like she owns the place and has a sinister attitude even though she’s wrong most of the time; patients have to correct her own clerical error. System is still not updated , left this dentist for other ones in area which know how to talk to people correctly. Dentists job is average , suggest finding different practices which offer faster better services than putting up with this place. Should be inspected as does not seem like they follow GDC guidelines, will definitely report !!

Not answering phone. I have been trying more than one week now.

Had a major tooth infection and the receptionist (Nikki) made me feel bad about missing a previous appointment and made it out as if I should be “be lucky” to be welcomed back to their dental surgery- NOT ONLY THAT, she was trying to give me an appointment for a “couple of weeks” !! The pain is here now!! And it’s an infection, so needs URGENT medical care!

No one answers the phone, have been trying to call for the last week! Need to arrange an urgent dentist appointment but no one answers the phone...
