For the money you can't really complain. OK so there is nobody on reception ever, you have to go to the bar, the rooms are basic and it's on a busy main road but on the plus side it's clean, comfortable, the pub is great and it's good value. Surprisingly there's no noise from downstairs that can be heard and although it's a good few miles from the city centre the bus was only £2 for an adult. Recommended.

This was a great find! Lovely big rooms and were spotless, and a tray full of tea, coffee & biscuits!! Staff were very friendly and gave excellent service! It's ideal for the buses going into the city centre. On the whole had a great night's sleep very quiet! Would recommend to anyone. The food was great as well.

Really helpful staff who allowed us to check in early since we were going to a wedding and our room was ready. Nice clean room. Absolutely ideal location for us and a great price!

Dropped in for a bite to eat and a drink after attending the Ingleston showground. A bit of a pain climbing the steps at the entrance but once inside it was quite nice. Staff were helpful and polite also hot on on clearing tables.We had cold chicken sweet chilli wraps and coffees. Well filled and tasty.

We really liked this hotel. It was perfect for a short vacation and not too far from the city centre. We really liked the décor and the Scottish biscuits that were offered everydayThe only thing we didn't like was the toilet area because it was too narrow and you had to sit at an angleOverall we were very satisfied and would book this hotel again for our next trip to Edinburgh

Fast service at the desk, easy check out with the dropbox. Appreciated the free parking at the hotel. Good value for the price, rooms were beautiful. Short drive to city centre. Only took off one star as the food at the pub was not good, but it is cheap. Lots of nearby places to eat as well.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, pub that is part of the hotel with a wide range of beers and excellent food. I am Italian and I can 100% confirm that I ate the best lasagna here in my entire life

Cheap drink and food. The food is ok pub food. Rooms are clean. It's a good bit outside the city center. About 20mins bus journey. Bus stops are convenient to here and are very regular. There is no lift.

The management here ripped my son off then humiliated him. I will Never go here again. So rude. They even suggested he purchase the meal again even though he confronted them with the purchase on his banking app. Total ripoff! All the staff here are inept and grossly negligent. Thieves! Don't go here! You've been warned!
