Great place! Got a puncture on Brixton Road on the way to work and got it fixed in less than 10 minutes.

I had a puncture on my way to work and they fixed it quickly and advised me really well. Will definitely go again if I have any issue with the bike. Friendly and efficient!

Replaced my flat tire after a burst due to glass, fixed within 30 mins (new inner and outer back tire), very friendly and good value for money!

Thought I'd use use this relatively new shop for the first time. Dropped bike for puncture repair at 09:30, gave them my mobile number, said they'd fix it by the afternoon. By 16:00 nothing done. They informed me I'd forgotten to leave the wheel security key, which I had. When I asked why they didn't just call me, they lied and said they did. Such as obvious lie, because anyone with a moblie can see if they have had a missed call. I asked them what are they going to do to make up wasting a whole day of my time, and they replied that they weren't prepared to do anything even after I informed them I was a first time customer. First and last time I will use this bike shop. If anyone starts off a relationship with a lie, it's an immediate 'red flag'. Very pleased I did not give them any of my hard-earned cash.

Just had a Gold Service of myCycloCross bike - Very impressed by quick 1-day turnaround & no up-selling.The knowledgable Abi leads Nazaan Cycling: a dedicated team with an eye for detail.Will be back with my Road Bike & good to know that they offer the loan of a smart blue ‘Courtesy Bike’ !

Left the wheel to change the bearings as they promised for one day, they delayed it for two days, after I called them they said come before six to collect it, when I went they said the wheel is cracked,!!! It was never cracked when I left it with them, they obviously cracked it because they didn't know how to get the bearings out of it, now I have to look for a new wheel, complete waste of money and time with this and unprofessional and over promising people, the photo attached

Took my fixy for a service and was really happy with everything. The guy who served me was really friendly and knowledgeable. Ran through what needed doing and ended up charging me slightly less than they quoted which is always nice! Bike feels amazing now. Would highly recommend!

Had a puncture this morning, went in with no appointment and they fixed it straight away as I was late for work and at a great price. Will definitely be using them again!

Brought the bike in (after calling ahead to check that was alright) as I needed to buy brake callipers, but wasn’t sure which ones would fit the bike. The guy showed me the ones I would need, but when I asked him a couple of questions about what tools I would need to fit ect, he kept cutting me off and being unnecessarily rude, reluctant to help and patronising. Normally whenever I’ve been to a bike shop and I’m giving them my business, a few questions are normally not a surprise and more than accommodated. Won’t give 1 star as he did supply me with the right part, but won’t be going back
