Took a £100 trouser suit in to get a hem taken up just got it back one leg longer than the other just terrible really don’t know what to do with itCertainly not going back

Not impressed with the experience or quality of work done.Took my bridesmaid dress to be altered, felt the fitting experience was very rushed with little attention to detail.When I picked up my dress I was not given the choice to try on my dress in store as she was closing soon. Didn't even show me the dress properly, handed to me folded up in a bundle.The length of the dress was taken up at the waist, where there are now pleats that stick out of the dress. Dress was also taken up at the shoulders, but now the waist sits mid bust and does not fit well at all.Will not be visiting again, don't even want to go back to get these alterations fixed.

This wonderful lady resurrected a very old and much loved jacket. It cost less than half of everywhere else I had tried. She also supplied the material which the others didn't. Not too mention she repaired two other parts that weren't discussed at no extra charge.Absolutely first class and I even got a text to let me know it was ready. Don't go anywhere else. Absolutely delighted.

Ruth is lovely and most helpful.We have used them for various alterations but mostly for taking in the waist of trousers.Ruth is also happy to make up cushion covers or other alterations. Very relaxed and traditional almost retro shop without trying.
