Excellent work getting rid of rat invading my kitchen, traced where the rat was getting in, put down poison and securely blocked the small hole where it had got in.Rentokil ace.

Raised a request with Rentokil for someone to call us and got a phone call from Paul. As part of the fact find Paul was extremely professional and courteous and very understanding. An expert who has a genuine interest to do right by the customer by giving expert advice. An absolute asset to his business. Will definitely use this business again based on Paul’s service. I employed Rentokil to deal with a rat problem between January and March. The technicians were courteous and efficient. Notice was given of arrival time and they were punctual. The only problems were beyond their control and were caused by illness and the need to self-isolate.The supervisor, Gary, came to advise on further work that was needed. He made the arrangements, which proceeded according to plan. All in all a good experience.
