Our office building was overun with pigeons. PPCL came prmptly, surveyed the property & within days installed pest control deterrents & overnight resoleved the pigeon issue. His price was cheap for the service that we got.

Great service by Jonathan. He was out within a few hours of contacting him and his rates were really reasonable compared with Rentokil. He visited four times in all and offered some great advice and reassurance. Recommended.

Called this company as I have rented properties in the area and needed a quick response to a pest problem for a tenant. Jonathan was straight on it! Needless to say I have happy tenants and peace of mind.

I had found rat droppings in my loft and the cavity beneath my house. Fearing the worst, I contacted PPC having seen their van driving around Prestwich.I spoke to Jonathan and he visited within a couple of hours. Jonathan returned three times over a month period. Thankfully the loft rats were seemingly from a long time ago based on Jonathan's assessment of the droppings and activity but the ones in the cavity below the house were happy to eat the bait.He also carried out a site survey and advised on potential entry points and measures to reduce the likelihood of their return.The problem now seems to be sorted although I will be installing steel mesh and cement in some holes leading under my house.Everything is photographed so that you can see any evidence. Jonathan is very trustworthy and honest and I'd recommend his services.

Jonathan made 3 visits to eradicate a rat problem we had in our garden. The procedure was successful. He was well priced compared to other companies. He was polite and professional.He also came earlier in the year to a wasp nest in my roof space. His visit was equally successful.

Jonathan responded very promptly when we contacted him. He identified the source of the problem and after a course of treatment lasting 4 weeks the problem was resolved. Would definitely recommend him

Contacted Jonathan about a mouse problem in my terrace and he arranged to come around within a day or so.He set bait around the house and listened to my experience about where I’d seen droppings and heard mice.He also gave me advice on how to mouse proof likely areas of the house to prevent mice entering but explained this was a difficult job.I only paid once but he returned multiple times to check and refill bait.After several visits we weren’t seeing much improvement so he changed the bait and also then found rats in my attic. He set bait for this free of charge.2 months and several return visits later the mice and rat problem is solved.Jonathan is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact.
