The churchyard is stunning during Spring

This great church is in the village of Monkton Coombe and is a great feature and a multi purpose church.It does have a toilet inside which is very useful especially as I pass through many times when walking and it is one of the few times that I do actually put a donation in the ox (providing a useful and valuable service, and which no one knows about)It has the grave of harry patch the oldest survivor from the Great war at the far end of the graveyardMonkton Coombe is a great area for walking

Rip Harry patch. Beautiful little church

Beautiful Victorian church in a quaint setting. The interior had been modernised and updated sympathetically, but provides a flexible and useful interior space for a variety of uses.
