The most ridiculous administrative sector I’ve ever dealt with. Took them over a month to refund a course I had paid (and they cancelled) after endless calls and emails, felt like begging to have my money back.As if it wasn’t enough, instead of refunding the money back to my account, since I paid over the phone and took them 2 seconds to take the payment, they sent me a check by post!!! Which means, I still had to go to the bank to deposit it! Absolutely ridiculous!Ps. This review is not about the quality of their courses, but be aware if you ever need administrative or financial assistance from them, good luck.

Signed up to do a leisure course Traditional Irish Bread Making" and received a text a few hours before it started to say the course was cancelled due to lack of numbers. When I emailed to let them know of my disappointment that I had booked a half day off work to attend; I received no response. Very poor!"

An amazing campus with plenty of courses to choose from. The staff are very supportive of students. Student Union is on site to help students with any problems.

SERC have put in place a fantastic one way system in the building and have taken all precautions to ensure social distancing is adhered to. I felt safe and reassured in the Bangor Campus.

Tech Is absolutely appalling walked into class not Evan 5 minutes late and Marie asked why am I late turned and said i was getting food in the canteen (not that it's always packed out ) but anyway looks me up and down and says you don't need to eat. Well anyway hope you get better staff cos that's absolutely horrendous to say considering I have body issues thanks rant over

Lovely arts centre in beautiful city of Bangor. It’s small but efficient stage is vey valuable for local culture. There could be more parking spaces.
