I was recommended to have some MLD after surgery and I found Kate after a google search. What a god-send she was! I experienced a lot of pain following my procedure and Kate was an angel. She helped me with dressings and garments, advice on comfort and most importantly the MLD kept me mobile. I found her supportive both physically and emotionally. I was super impressed by her professionalism, skill and knowledge surrounding MLD. I recently had to have some revision surgery and went back to Kate again to ensure I got the best result and recovery was quick. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been seeing Kate for the last 6 months following cosmetic surgery after a revision, when I had my first surgery I struggled to find an MLD therapist that was knowledgeable and up to date in all aspects of MLD. I just wish I'd found Kate sooner. I travelled 30 minutes and it was the best decision to make. I feel like I made a friend in Kate and always enjoyed our chats. Kate's therapy room is warm, relaxing and very tranquil.Very highly recommended.

When I first met Kate I was at an extremely low period in my life. After undergoing pelvic surgery in May 2020, I developed Lymphodema overnight - my body below my waist doubled in size. I was in pain and found it difficult to move about. I had always prided myself in looking after my body, eating healthily, exercising and watching my weight. I felt that all my good work had been cancelled out and it looked to strangers that I took no care of my body whatsoever. I found Kate's details through looking at Bupa's accredited practitioners' list and fortunately she was able to see me within a week. I attended my appointment and was immediately put at ease by Kate's comforting and reassuring manner. Her treatment room is on the side of her property with a separate entrance and is pleasantly decorated. Kate explained that she would measure my body in various places for comparison over the coming weeks. She gave me a MLD massage which was comforting and said she would order some wraps which would form the other part of the treatment. I had an extensive course of 10 MLD massages over a few weeks and wore the wraps day and night. Apart from the fact that Kate's measurements were consistently lower over this period, I could see for myself that my body was looking much more like it used to and family/friends noticed it to. I am no longer in pain and I am able to move around much more easily. Kate is now helping me with being fitted for compression stockings and I plan to see her for monthly MLD massages to help keep control of my Lymphodema. I can truthfully say that Kate saved my life, I was at a point where I could have given up but now feel much more positive about myself and my future.

I'm so glad I choose Kate; who is extremely professional.On a personable level I found Kate to be so friendly, accommodating and flexible; I was soon looking forward to going to my sessions it was like a catch up with an old friend. The procedure itself was relaxing and effective. I was pain free after surgery very quickly and the swelling was kept under control.On a professional level Kate was very knowledgeable and talked about keeping up to date with new techniques and attending seminars in the field.I can totally recommend Kate, I really can't speak highly enough of her - she is a pure delight; extremely caring and definitely goes above and beyond with all helpful tips and advice.

Kate is warm and friendly and really puts you at ease. I always feel like I'm in safe hands with Kate and always feel much better after an MLD session. Her therapy room is warm, welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend Kate as an MLD therapist.
