Boscombe & Springbourne Walk In

The receptionists and the lady who saw me were all so lovely! There was a wait but they communicated it clearly and gave me a time I could return at

The lady on reception and Chris the practice nurse were both excellent. I walked in this afternoon and was seen almost immediately. Chris organised a prescription for me which was sent to Boots in Boscombe and I picked it up straight away.

It is an amazing surgery especially that it is open on weekend. But today (16/7/23-5pm) very disappointed with Michelle with the way she behave with her patient & relatives. She already made comments and stern look that she is not going to give antibiotics if not needed even before she assess/auscultate my son's chest, who is struggling with his cough/sore throat for weeks.I respect that if my son does not need it, then fair enough.I work in the NHS myself and I don't like wasting NHS time if we don't need to, but to be treated with this kind of behavior is frustrating enough for a mother who is worried of her unwell son.

Been there twice. Got in to see a doctor straight away. Very minimal wait. Both doctors were very thorough and professional as were the receptionists. Thank you

Not much of a walk in clinic, was advised to visit a walk in in centre by 111 and a pharmacy to be turned away as they were fully booked, no a sole in the waiting room and aroind 4 women on reception not doing a lot

Walked in, registered, waited 3 minutes and had a consultation. Walked out in under 10 minutes with a prescription.All the staff thoroughly professional and friendly.

Greate experience, every time I called the receptionist was friendly, and the doctors very good!A big thank you!
