VAVI Thai Massage Soho Central London

Not recommended! Do not visit this place if you want a proper massage. The lady offered me “extra service” which I off course denied, felt unsafe and unable to relax after that. Not professional by any means. Massage was okay at most, I’m sure there’s better options around.

Horrendous customer service by girl on the front desk. We came in for a massage and was instantly greeted with hostility and rudeness, as if we were an inconvenience although we were paying them for a service. The lady said they do not offer any massage from their public list except “relaxing massage” and we asked why. She said “the masseuses are too tired to do any other massage” yet this shop closes at 6am. Despite this, the receptionist girl who looked about 12 years old told us they close in 20 minutes but somehow they could fit in a 2 hour massage for us? Makes absolutely no sense. Reminder: if customers are paying for a service, it is not a favour. Secondly, information regarding massages should be known and available to advise customers. I’ve never ever experienced such horrendous customer service skills, very basic manners were lacking here. Failing business, no surprise. We left and the girl came and slammed the glass door, only for it to open again, so unsure what the need for this theatric was. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent authentic Thai massage. Tina was my masseuse and did a fantastic job.The location is convenient and the space is a bit small and loud downstairs, but easily the best Thai massage I’ve been to in London and much better than some of the more expensive Thai Spas around

I walk to this because i road all the recommendations here.unfortunately, i got the worst massage i ever had.I ordered massage for 1 hour but i did stop him after 20-25 minutes because I couldn’t focus with the massage . The place was super noisy! It feel like someone eat my ear. I didn’t even hear the music and relaxing. I ask to stop the massage they offered me someone else do the massage without understand that the noise is the problem.I give them 2 stars because they gave me 30 pound back. But it feel un professional massage its not a shame to return everything when you fail.Wish them the best !

I went yesterday to this massage and I enjoyed myself a lot. I got à Brazilian lady and she was very good. I did also see a Thai lady that just got booked. If I stayed longer in London I would have come back!

Paid for a 60 minute massage but only got 50 minutes of weak and lacklustre presses. At no point was asked how the massage was or if a pressure adjustment was necessary. Rather, the lady was only concerned with whether I wanted “extras”, which I declined.Rude, unwelcoming ladies, who told me to “leave and never come back” when I calmly told them I got less time than I paid for.

Bow is a deep tissue and stretching god like genius . I experienced new pressure points. I didn't know existed,and was stretched was beyond what I thought was capable of prior to my visit. I felt great afterwards. She's highly skilled,friendly, and reasonably priced. Excellent.

I have been suffering from tension in the shoulders and neck for some time and given a particularly stressful week, I wanted a massage as soon as possible to try and alleviate the uncomfortable feeling. Then I go to VAVI Thai Massage. It's the first time I felt a massage was actually tailored to me. I will definitely be back.
