My dad’s car was repaired at Vella recently. Collected from home on a transporter and was returned fully repaired within six days. Communication with them by telephone was very good, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The repair is first class, you’d never know it had been damaged. Great job!

Still awaiting for repair to vechicle.very unhappy that it's taken longer than expected.leaving my dad without vechicle for near on two and half months which is unfair leaving two elderly people without transport for medical conditions which needs transport.please can this situation be sorted as soon as.as i would love to give the company a chance to redeem themselves.thank you.

Brilliant service they fixed my mums car after she had a bump the initial guy i spoke to said it might take quite a while due to availability of parts from nissanBut it was fixed and returned within two weeks

Stevie and the team at vella are excellent. I had an issue with the interior lighting. I rang them on the off chance it could have had something to do with a repair carried out months earlier. Stevie asked me to take it in so they could check. All fixed before I could finish a cup of coffee. Thanks again.

Excellent service from start to finish.Car was booked in with no fuss via LV. Stevie on reception is extremely helpfull. Stewart and the team fitted in the repair and repaint to mycar without fuss and returned my car a day early. The transportation guy (Dave ?)also deserves a mention. Great team.
