I can say, Deansbrook Garage is the definition of the 100% reliable service. Absolutely professional and at the same time very friendly staff.

I used this garage and noticed a pattern of over charging and unrelated problems happening after each visit. Kiri is unprofessional and untrustworthy. He also behaves irrationally in an angry and aggressive way, without reason.Kiri's true calling is a fiction writer based on how he writes invoices. That's where his time goes and not in actually working, other than messing up your car. Everyone needs to earn a living but Chris is plain greedy and obsessed with money. He salivates with each job and the stories he can invent.I do not recommend Kiri to my worst enemy. This is my genuine experience and I have detailed records as proof. I admit he is convincing so some positive reviews maybe genuine, blissfully unaware of his tricks. But you can't fool all the people all the time. I saw Kiri's true face. So if you don't like this review perhaps reconsider how you do business.

I have been using this garage under Kiri’s supervision for over 8years. Kiri has been consistently reliable, reasonably priced and extremely professional. I had an emergency and was around the corner and called Kiri, he was shutting up shop for the day but still told me to pop in with my car. He rectified the issue quickly for me and made sure I was comfortable before driving off.Excellent service and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Kiri looks like Sharon's husband in Birds of a Feather. And is a crook like him too, as well as a short, ugly, cross bearing waste of space..Kiri is a con artist, don't be fooled by the 'I'll sort it out for you' veener as long as you just get out and leave it all to him. It's a lie. When you leave he crafts works of fiction 'invoices;. In reality he's an angry and greedy man, with a chip on his shoulder, that being a mechanic is beneath him. I'd say it's beyond him.They will fix cars, superficially, but also do damage you don't see! Which means repeat business. Find yourself having to go back weeks or months later? It's not coincidence. So it isn't easy to know you've been duped, but duped you have been, for hundreds of pounds unnecessarily.The place is over priced, but he'll do you a deal if you pay in cash.''No Income Tax no VAT'' Don't be a Fool or horse, avoid this cesspit.The garage is well located, difficult to get into but the real problem is Kiri, even his team keep away with his angry outbursts. But you'll not see that part.I would never go there, and warn others to avoid. Giving him your business only encourages these sharp practices.

Phew! My car wouldn't start on December 23rd, and the garage has closing early for Xmas. I had to find a tow truck and Kiri and the team replaced the battery immediately. I was most relieved!

Great service ! - had a water leak and took it to them on a Saturday morning and they looked at it straightaway. They ordered the part and kept me updated ar every stage. Very reasonably priceed !

Kyri is a fantastic guy. So well spoken with excellent service, managed to paint and fixa dent at such a cheap reasonable price. Honestly, would recommend him to anyone because of their hard work, excellent customer service and delivery.

Used Deansbrook for the last couple of years to help keep our 2008 VW Golf running, for MOT, Servicing and other Ad-Hoc repairs. Would definitely recommend - as the team are knowledgeable and honest, and reasonably priced for a garage in London.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Terrible garage and customer service. My car was working well before taking it to this garage for an MOT. I get called 10mins later saying the car won’t start! They then did the MOT and diagnostic and refused to then fix the issues that had been been identified. I drove the car home and it broke down having never experienced something like this in the previous 18months. Awful garage. Would not recommend.
